Shipping policy

Typical processing time is 2-4 business days + shipping time for in-stock items.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS, to provide tracking and insurance if desired.

If applicable, shipping confirmation and tracking info will be sent via the email provided at checkout. Please use a valid and accessible email address so that you can keep up with your package's whereabouts, and so that we can get in touch if we have inquiries regarding your order.

Local pickup is also available - we are located in East Kitchener. Pickup times are Monday to Friday from 12pm to 7pm. For weekends, please contact us to set up an appointment.
